hypcloud referral program: terms and conditions

• The referred client or an associated company is not yet a client of hypcloud.
• The referral leads to a new project created on the hypcloud platform and a user agreement for hypcloud services and technology signed.
• A successful referral is rewarded with a referral incentive of 1,000.00 EUR.
• The referral incentive is due and paid by hypcloud when hypcloud has received a first commission payment from the referred client for the successful closing of a financing for this client.
• Referral incentives are only paid for an initial project with the referred client. There will be no referral incentives paid for subsequent new projects of the same client or associated company.
• Should a client has been referred by more than one referrer, the referrer who provided the referral link first is entitled to receive the referral incentive.
• hypcloud validates and decides about the eligibility for a referral premium in each individual case. Any recourse to the courts is excluded.
• The referral incentive might be subject to taxes on the side of the receiver of the incentive. Please clarify your tax situation with your tax advisor. hypcloud does not take any responsibility for any such taxes on the receiver sid
• The referrer agrees that hypcloud can collect, store and use the contact details provided to inform the referrer about an incentive payment due and for own marketing purposes.
• Contact details will not be shared with third parties unless they are service providers to hypcloud and comply with hypcloud data protection requirements.
